Joe Giamichael

Managing Partner, Co-Head of Investment Banking

Joe Giamichael is the Managing Partner, Co-Head of Investment Banking for RBW. Mr. Giamichael brings over twenty-five years of experience in US Capital Markets, with a focus primarily on the emerging growth sector.

Prior to RBW, Mr. Giamichael served as the Head of Investment Banking for two broker dealers, Spartan Capital Securities and Revere Securities, where his focus remained on private placements, bridge financing, follow-on offerings and IPO transactions. Joe brings a unique perspective to each transaction having served as analyst, banker, investor and advisor to companies over the course of his career, allowing him to provide creative solutions to serve both capital provider and company needs.

Prior to his roles at Spartan and Revere, Mr. Giamichael served on the buy-side where he founded and ran a bridge strategy and pre-IPO fund, Catalytic Capital LLC, serving both as a portfolio manager and corporate advisor. In this capacity he completed numerous private placements and follow on offerings, as well as having liaised with the portfolio companies and underwriters in order to bring over a dozen companies public as the lead investor.

Mr. Giamichael began his career as an Equity Research Analyst at CJS Securities, Inc. and later Director of Research for Rodman & Renshaw, LLC and Global Hunter Securities, LLC. He has over a decade of publishing experience, with coverage across multiple industries and hundreds of companies. He is a graduate of Skidmore College with a B.A. in Economics. He holds his FINRA series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Philip Gaucher

Managing Partner, Co-Head of Investment Banking

Philip Gaucher is the Managing Partner, Co-Head of Investment Banking for RBW.

Prior to RBW, Mr. Gaucher was the Founder and Managing Partner of Bridgeway Capital Partners, an independent investment banking, strategic capital, and advisory company. Over 4 years, Bridgeway advised and executed on approximately $2BN in public capital markets transactions, raised several hundred million in committed equity and debt capital, and advised on multiple M&A transactions.

Prior to founding Bridgeway, Mr. Gaucher was Founder and Managing Partner of Cambrian Capital LLC. Through Cambrian Mr. Gaucher founded, managed, and helped to raise over $550 million for multiple companies in the healthcare and industrial sectors. Prior to founding Cambrian Capital Mr. Gaucher was a portfolio manager for NY-based hedge funds Del Mar Asset Management and Plural Investments, and an analyst for George Weiss Associates (now Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisors).

Mr. Gaucher began his career in investment banking with Bank of America. He is a graduate of Bucknell University cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and a concentration in Finance. He holds his FINRA series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.

Jordan Rosa

Director

Jordan is a Director for RBW Capital Markets LLC, a division of Dawson James Inc. and brings extensive private equity experience with a distinguished career spanning over a decade in investment management, transaction execution, and strategic leadership.

Prior to joining RBW, Jordan was a VP at JettyCove Partners in Austin, TX. Jordan led proprietary deal flow, spearheading negotiations with C-suite executives of niche software companies, resulting in multiple closed platform transactions and further facilitated additional capital raises and bolt-on acquisitions.

Previously, as Vice President at Altos Partners, Jordan scaled the firm and executed diligence on residential and commercial construction businesses. As a Senior Associate at Corona Park Investment Partners, Jordan, alongside a Managing Partner, sourced over 100 transactions.

Earlier roles at Allomer Capital and L Squared Capital Partners, Jordan assisted in executing complex deals. His career began in investment banking at The Presidio Group, working on nine sell-side M&A deals for SaaS technology companies, and as an analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Jordan holds a dual B.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and College of Literature, Science, and the Arts and has built a reputation for driving high-impact deals and delivering measurable value across diverse industries.

Joseph Ventresca

Director

Joseph is a Director for RBW Capital Markets LLC, a division of Dawson James Securities Inc. and is an accomplished investment banking executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth and strategic success for startups, middle-market firms, and global financial institutions.

Prior to joining RBW, Joseph was a Managing Director at Great Point Capital LLC since 2020, where he advised companies in technology, fintech, consumer, and pharmaceutical sectors, leveraging a vast network of investors and executives to support financing and exit strategies.

Previously, as Managing Director at Venture.co Brokerage Services (2017–2020), Joseph guided a startup consumer brand to national retail success. As founder of Sulmona Capital Partners, he provided advisory services, notably leading the acquisition and expansion of nexEMR, Inc.’s innovative EHR software.

Earlier, as Head of Equities at Investec, he launched U.S. operations, earning recognition as a top Wall Street trading desk. At Merrill Lynch (1997–2002), he managed portfolios for middle-market firms and high-net-worth clients.

Joseph holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Radford University and is known for his strategic leadership and client-focused expertise.

Adam Grund

Senior Associate

Adam is a senior associate on the investment banking team at RBW Capital Markets LLC. Prior to starting at RBW, Adam was a senior analyst on the investment banking team at Bridgeway Capital Partners LLC, a boutique investment bank providing independent investment banking, strategic capital, and advisory services to lower and middle market companies globally.

Before joining Bridgeway, he spent time as an analyst on the investment banking team at Prairie Capital Advisors, a leading financial advisory firm specializing in creating and executing ownership transition strategies for middle-market companies, and was an investment analyst at Nuveen, an American asset manager and wholly owned subsidiary of financial planning firm TIAA.

He holds a B.A. cum laude with a double major in finance and accounting and concentration in investment valuation from Drake University as well as holds his FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 licenses.

Jeffrey Cohen

Associate

Jeff is an associate on the investment banking team at RBW Capital Partners LLC. Prior to starting at RBW, Jeff was a senior analyst on the investment banking team at Bridgeway Capital Partners II LLC, a boutique investment bank providing independent investment banking, strategic capital, and advisory services to lower and middle market companies globally.

Before joining Bridgeway, Jeff was an analyst on the investment banking team at Stonecrest Partners, where he specialized in private placements and private equity transactions as well as an analyst at Champlain Advisors LLC, a fund placement, advisory and investor relations firm focused on raising institutional capital for select alternative investment managers.

He holds a B.A in both finance and economics from Sacred Heart University as well as his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. He began his career as a professional golfer after competing for 4 years on the NCAA Division I Men’s golf team at Sacred Heart University.
